Creating your own artwork - No problem - You can use this page to send artwork for publication.

It's best to supply PDF print ready files. We cannot accept anything other than PDF, JPG or PNG files for print.
The magazine is A4 portrait. If you wish to provide a full bleed A4 page advert then please provide A4 files with a 3mm bleed but DO NOT include the printer cut or bleed marks. If you wish to provide a DPS then please provide a two page spread with 3mm bleed and again no printer marks.
All Fonts should be flattened (ie outlined) before outputting your PDF - We print in CMYK colour format so for best colour matching your artwork should be CMYK colours. If you provide RGB in your artwork then this will be converted as part of the print process and slight colour changes may occur. Pantone references are not supported. You should convert any pantone to the closest CMYK colour. We also don't check images for resolution - If you supply artwork with low resolution images then they will not look great in print.
All images should be high resolution ie above 300ppi. You can send PNG or JPEG files if necessary - Again these should be the correct size and quality.
We advise all designers to make the text easy to read and design in an appropriate manner for your size or advert. So for example 6pt fonts are far too small to read. Use BOLD larger fonts for your calls to action and you should include (and check it works) a QR code. Then people can easily contact you. You can make a QR code go to a website, send and email OR Call a phone number - So it's a quick and easy way to boost engagement. We know that QR codes work in print and really to drive engagement.
If you wish to provide an A4 page with margins then please use the format below and provide with no cuts or bleeds
Other sizes should be as per this table - Do NOT include cut marks or bleeds on any quarter of half page placements output the artwork at the correct size as below. If you provide them we will have to rework your artwork to remove them.
Please note that we do not check the content or your provided artwork for accuracy and by sending your artwork you have approved any content or images within the artwork for copyright approval and will hold Pinktomato ltd (the EyeMagazine brand) blameless for any copyright infringement on your provided artwork.
We reserve the right to reject artwork if we consider it inappropriate or it does not meet the design guidelines.
We must receive your artwork in the correct format by 5pm on the dates below (Copy/advert date). By uploading using the form below. If you do not send in time then we cannot guarantee placement. However your space is still charged as we will need to add a placeholder. Please ensure your artwork meets these guidelines - One of the most common errors we receive is incorrect sizing. If we need to re-work your artwork then this is charged at £65 plus VAT.
