Our magazines are bright, colourful and balanced with interesting local articles. This means they are read and retained.
If you don't have print ready artwork we can design this for you for a small charge.
This doesn't include the costs for any stock images and applies for each size of advert you select. If you order more than three months placement then this charge is waived although we would still charge the cost of any stock artwork.
Cover package: This is a design on the front cover and normally includes your company, logo or text. You also get included in the first page contents description and a double page spread. Design is included (stock images that are needed are still charged). Please note that this is a lifestyle magazine and adverts are not placed on the front cover. We maintain control of the front cover design and will select appropriate images for that issue.
You can mix your order so you can have a quarter page, a half page or a full page.

If you want to provide your own artwork here are all the
specifications and requirements. If you provide artwork that we need to rework due to incorrect sizing or other error then you will be charged the artwork origination costs. Please ensure that your designer follows the guide. The most common incorrect artwork we receive is due to incorrect sizing, missing bleeds on full pages and print alignment marks that are not needed and cannot easily be removed.
The minimum placement is three issues - However should you only require one placement then you can - However there is a 30% surcharge on the price and design charges apply.
- For your first advert payment is required when ordered then subsequent adverts are billed on the 1st of the month for the following months placement - By way of example if you are in the September magazine you would be invoiced on the 1st August.
- Payment is by direct debit or card payment. For orders over 3 months we would require a credit account to be setup if you wish to pay by bacs. We cannot accept cash or cheques.
- Any invoice not paid within 30 days is automatically charged as per
UK late payment legislations
- If you want to use our artwork in other publications we can release it for a fee of £75 for each size released. You may not use the artwork in another publication or online without a release.
- Artwork origination costs - If these are not charged then the costs of any stock images are still charged. We check the image with you before purchasing.
- Please that the artwork design charge is for one design. We will make small changes to text however if you want a redesign then this would be chargeable within a 6 month period.
